Chairs are used in the reinforcement. It is also known as the bar reinforcement.

     1. They hold the reinforcement in position

     2. They maintain distance between the top and bottom reinforcement

     3. They keep  reinforcement in place in the case of vibration due to machine or  when labors walk           on tied reinforcement
